MRIS Embraces ListHub™ for Broker Controlled Data DistributionMorgantown, WV – October 26, 2006 – Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, Inc. (MRIS), the largest MLS in the nation, announced today they have partnered with Threewide to provide its brokers an infrastructure to control data distribution outside of the MLS system. Threewide’s ListHub product will give MRIS brokers an interface to access their own listing data from the MRIS system and then choose from a list of potential Internet marketing destinations. The listing data will be packaged and transported without any additional requirements from the broker. “Brokers will now have the ability to repurpose their MLS system data to multiple destinations with a single click - no data re-entry, no technical experience required, and with a guarantee that the listing data is accurate and timely,” said David Charron, President of MRIS. “The innovative approach will allow our brokers to take advantage of the multitude of Internet marketing destinations that have gained momentum. We look forward to continuing our excellent working relationship with Threewide and providing our members with outstanding services.” ListHub is integrated with the MRIS system so brokers will have real-time access to their own listing inventory. Brokers then have the ability to review the available destination channels and decide where listings will be displayed. In addition, any traffic redirection from the destinations is sent directly to the broker’s Web site where more information can be found concerning the listing. Jim Miller of Coldwell Banker Premier Properties in MRIS has been beta
testing the system, “ListHub has given me the ability to selectively
choose which Internet marketing destinations display my listing inventory.
My listings are now getting the most exposure they can online, and all
of the traffic is redirected to my Web site. Our agents work hard to
get listings, and I want our listings to work hard for us, especially
online since 1 in 4 buyers ultimately find the home they purchase online.” About Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, Inc. About Threewide Corporation This press release contains various forward-looking statements within
