SoCalMLS Secures Listing DataMorgantown, WV – August 12, 2005 – Southern California Multiple Listing Service (SoCalMLS) announced the installation of Threewide Corporation’s ListSecure™ product into its MLS system to help secure listing data. SoCalMLS took the first step towards data security last year by installing Threewide’s ListExporter™ to better control the distribution of their data. Recently, SoCalMLS announced their intent to install SafeMLS ™ from Clareity Security to control access to their MLS system, giving them one of the most complete data security programs in the country. “MLSs today are struggling with the dilemma of how to provide more products and services to their constituents, while at the same time trying to protect our most valuable asset-the MLS content,” explains Russ Bergeron, SoCalMLS CEO. “The new ListSecure product enables us to make a giant leap forward in our ability to better track and identify the misuse of the MLS content, while continuing to provide those services to our customers.” ListSecure works in tandem with ListExporter to secure valuable MLS data and images through traceable data tagging and image watermarking. In addition to these unique technologies, ListSecure incorporates security features such as: one-time use files, real-time monitoring of exports, and extensive audit trails to provide increased control in the secure delivery and tracking of vital listing data. With these applications, even non-technical staff can selectively package listing data and photos and securely send it to numerous destinations in multiple formats. “We are very excited to have SoCalMLS add ListSecure to their data security program,” said Mark Wise, Chief Product Officer for Threewide. “The combination of ListExporter and ListSecure provides the MLS with the ability to increase data security while at the same time, greatly simplifying the tasks of transporting data.” About SoCalMLS About Threewide Corporation About Clareity Security This press release contains various forward-looking statements within
